dos interesses de fiscalizados ou investigados na esfera tributária, administrativa ou criminal de
qualquer natureza, atenuando eventual judicialização destas demandas. O escritório atua de
maneira multifatorial tendo em vista repercussões jurídicas criminais advindas dos mais
diversos segmentos do direito, tais como: Trabalhista, Tributário, Administrativo, Ambiental e

Identificação e mitigação de riscos futuros
Assessoramos de maneira preventiva o empresário nos mais diversos nichos empresarias no
intuito de impedir fraudes perante o fisco. Atuamos perante os fiscos (municipal, estadual e
federal), no intuito de evitar multas tributárias com caráter criminal, a exemplo de autos de
infrações pelo poder público.
Atuação no âmbito administrativo e judicial
Trabalhamos com apresentação de defesas técnicas nas demais esferas criminais, entre elas,
societário, crimes contra o patrimônio, administração pública, consumidor, tributário,
trabalhista e ambiental). Apresentamos defesas perante o 1º e 2º grau de jurisdições estaduais,
como também ante o Superior Tribunal de Justiça e Supremo Tribunal Federal. Ingressamos
com remédios constitucionais, a exemplo do Habeas Corpus – preventivo ou repressivo, no
intuito de trancar eventual ação penal, de modo a garantir direito fundamental do cliente.
Além disto, atuamos também como assistentes de acusação em processos onde a vítima quer
ser representada privativamente.
